So login to your vCenter and go to “File” -> “Deploy OVF Template”, then browse to your downloaded N1K software. Inside the “VSM” (Virtual Supervisor Module) folder will be the “Install” folder and inside of the “Install” folder will be the “ova” which you can deploy in your vCenter.
